The Control Units CU320‑2 PN and CU310‑2 PN with SINAMICS Firmware V4.8 or higher are supported for the SINAMICS S120, G130, G150 S150 devices and for the SINAMICS medium voltage converters.

SINAMICS S210 is supported from firmware V5.2.
